Voice Consent

Aqua creates synthetic voices only from recordings submitted with an affirmative rights declaration.

Required permission

Before uploading a voice, you must confirm that it is your own voice or that the speaker gave you permission to create and use a synthetic version.

Recorded declaration

Aqua records the account, voice profile, consent wording and version, acceptance time, and a protected network identifier. This is an attestation record, not biometric identity verification.

Permitted use

Permission to create a profile does not automatically permit every song, advertisement, endorsement or distribution. You remain responsible for the scope of the speaker’s permission and applicable law.

Withdrawal and deletion

You can delete a hosted voice profile from the Voices page. To withdraw consent or report unauthorised use, contact [email protected].
