Visit the first-song guideHow long does a song take?
Rendering takes minutes, with additional waiting when the queue is busy. Your queue position and job status appear in your account. Capacity and model load affect timing; AQUA does not promise an instant finish.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits are reserved when your request is accepted. A failed or safely cancelled render releases that reservation. You can review your balance and credit history in your account.
Can I use my own voice?
Yes, through an authorised saved voice profile when that workflow is available. Use only voices and reference recordings you own or have permission to use. Deceptive impersonation and use without consent are prohibited.
Who can hear my music?
Your songs start private and are attached to your account. You choose whether to create a public share link. Downloaded files are yours to manage outside AQUA. Read the privacy policy for data and retention details.
Where does the music AI run?
AQUA’s local workstation renders the music with local models. Your browser handles the creative brief and your library, so you do not need to install the generation models on your device.
Is AQUA accepting payments?
New credit purchases are currently unavailable. You can check approved packages and current availability on the song-credit page. No payment is requested while checkout is disabled. AQUA remains a capacity-limited public beta; features and allowances may change.
