Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the Aqua Voice Studio free beta operated by Aqua Voice Studio. The beta is experimental, capacity-limited and does not accept payment.

The service

Aqua provides tools for AI-assisted music, lyrics, synthetic vocals and audio exports. Outputs are probabilistic and may contain artefacts, inaccurate words or unwanted musical material. Review every output before use.

Your account

Keep account credentials private and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the rights and consent needed for every upload.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a free-beta account.

Beta credits

The server calculates generation cost and reserves credits when a job is queued. Completed jobs spend the reservation; failed or safely cancelled jobs ordinarily release it. Free beta allowances have no monetary value and cannot be purchased, transferred or redeemed.

Your content

You retain your rights in material you upload. You grant Aqua the limited rights needed to store, process and return it while providing the service. Ownership of AI-generated output may vary by law and input rights.

Availability

Generation uses a capacity-limited private worker. Queue times, models and features can change, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance or safety reasons.

Changes and ending access

Aqua may change beta features, allowances or availability, or suspend access needed to protect users, rights holders and the service. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.
