Acceptable Use
Aqua exists for consensual creative work. These rules protect speakers, listeners and the service.
Use authorised material
You may upload a voice, recording or instrumental only when you own it or hold sufficient permission to use it for synthetic generation and adaptation.
Do not deceive or harm
Do not use Aqua for fraud, scams, deceptive impersonation, harassment, threats, defamation, non-consensual sexual content, bypassing voice authentication, false endorsements, election interference, or claims that synthetic audio is an authentic recording.
Respect rights
Do not use the service to infringe copyright, publicity, privacy, contractual or other rights. Do not ask for a direct copy of a living artist or a protected recording.
Label synthetic audio
Keep Aqua’s synthetic-audio labelling and provenance records when sharing results, and give listeners clear context when confusion is reasonably possible.
Enforcement
Aqua may reject a job, restrict a voice, suspend an account or preserve required records when needed to protect people or the service. Illegal activity may be reported where required.
