Aqua respects copyright, performer, publicity and privacy rights. The free beta may restrict or remove disputed material while a complaint is reviewed.

Submitting a complaint

A rights holder should identify the protected work or performance, the Aqua output or account involved, contact information, the legal basis for the claim, and a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised.

Response

Aqua may restrict access, preserve relevant records, request more information, notify the affected user, or remove content while a claim is reviewed.

Counter-notice and repeat misuse

Aqua may ask for supporting information, allow an affected user to respond, and suspend repeat or serious misuse. Send rights complaints to [email protected].
